Cully and Sully SOUPer Summer

The campaign is to be in to win one of 100 Cully and Sully branded Robes 

All videos, images & text that you submit as part of your entry will be made public via social media and will be featured on Cully and Sully’s website when the photo is uploaded.

Entry is via posting their own picture or video on the entrants social media page using #SOUPerSummer on the relevant platform facebook.com/cullyandsully   Instagram.com/cullyandsully and twitter.com/cullyandsully and Tiktok.com/CullyandSully or via email to Soupersummer@cullyandsully.com and using #soupersummer in the comments. Videos, Images & Comments will also appear on Cully and Sully’s social media . Pictures / Videos must be original footage that you have taken yourself or have the rights to upload to our website.

Winner/s will be picked each week and announced on social media. CULLY & SULLY does not have any liability or responsibility for pictures submitted to the competition.

Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary. The Competition will run from 7/06/2021-10/09/2021 The competition will run as follows: 

• Share an original video or photo featuring how you are having a SOUPerSummer or on certain weeks we will accept comments on our post as entries.
• Post it on your facebook, Twitter, Instagram or TikTok page or email us.
• Use #SOUPerSummer and tag @cullyandsully
• All entries will be featured on www.cullyandsully.com. 

CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions and the Competition at any time.

The decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s) and how prize winners are selected by CULLY & SULLY is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is limited number of each size of robe available and the winners will only be able to select a size robe from the sizes Cully and Sully state are available at that time. There will be more than 1 winner a week so robe sizes will be based on first come first serve.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of CULLY & SULLY will be final.

Competition entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the CONFIRM WHERE COMPETITION IS OPEN FOR ALL OTHER BRANDS EXCEPT C&S THIS WILL BE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND in order to qualify as the prize winner. Cully & Sully reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner.

No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s). Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.

Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including dates, are subject to availability.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as CULLY & SULLY or the promoter(s) may require.

All competition entries must be received through Cully & Sully social media pages Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tic Tok or via email to Soupersummer@cullyandsully.com before the closing date or capacity outlined.

CULLY & SULLY are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to CULLY & SULLY promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction. accepts no responsibility for entries lost while uploading same to our website or Facebook page or for any technical issues resulting in lost entries.

CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.

Neither CULLY & SULLY nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will CULLY & SULLY have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the competition or any of the prizes rewarded.

Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.

CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.

Participation in CULLY & SULLY competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition-specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.

CULLY & SULLY does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.
