Super fast homemade pea soup recipe.
- A good knob of butter 25-30g.
- 1 bundle of spring onions (scallions) 130g approximately, trimmed and sliced finely.
- A nice pinch of salt and a good twist of pepper.
- I stock cube or a generous teaspoon of bullion powder.
- 1 pack of best quality frozen peas, 450g approximately.
- Boiling water.
- A sprig of mint, chopped.
