  • 2 small onions per person
  • Fresh thyme
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
Roasted Onions


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  • Pop your onions, skin still on, into a roasting tray with a little butter, salt, pepper and your fresh thyme.
  • Bake until onions are soft and squishy.
  • Serve as a side with any main course.
