Roasted Onions
INGREDIENTS

- 2 small onions per person
- Fresh thyme
- Butter
- Salt and pepper

METHOD

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
- Pop your onions, skin still on, into a roasting tray with a little butter, salt, pepper and your fresh thyme.
- Bake until onions are soft and squishy.
- Serve as a side with any main course.
