Bacon And Balsamic Pasta
- Balsamic vinegar
- Chop onion and grate garlic, in a little oil sweat gently until soft, add finely chopped bacon and cook, don't worry if it gets a little brown.
- Add about two to three tablespoons of balsamic and turn off heat.
- Stir and toss through cooked pasta, fresh tagliatelle really good with this.
- Have with something green like a green salad (leftover baby spinach) or some broccoli and call it a healthy meal!
