Barbecued Garlic
INGREDIENTS

1/2 head of garlic per person

METHOD

I found this recipe in Maggi Beers cookbook and had to share it with you.
Method:
- Wrap each head of garlic in tin foil and then cut in half widthways.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil and cook on your bbq, cut side down, for about twenty minutes.
- Watch they don't burn.
- Serve as a side.
