1/2 head of garlic per person 

Barbecued Garlic


I found this recipe in Maggi Beers cookbook and had to share it with you.


  • Wrap each head of garlic in tin foil and then cut in half widthways. 
  • Brush the cut sides with olive oil and cook on your bbq, cut side down, for about twenty minutes. 
  • Watch they don't burn.
  • Serve as a side.
