Shortbread Biscuits
INGREDIENTS

- 6oz cream flour
- 2oz sugar
- 4oz butter

METHOD

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
- Mix the flour and sugar, rub in the butter to form a dough.
- Roll out to quarter inch thick and cut with a cookie cutter.
- If you dont have a cutter just cut into squares.
- Pop onto a baking tray and put into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until pale golden.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle with caster sugar and serve.
