Tomato And Basil Pasta
INGREDIENTS

- Penne or twist pasta
- 12 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
- 1/2 red chilli (optional)
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of basil (Fresh)
- Large pinch salt
- Large pinch pepper
- Chicken stock cube

METHOD

- Cook pasta in boiling water with stock cube.
- Finely chop onion and chilli.
- Add to a large bowl with cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta in the mixture.
- Serve hot or cold with crusty bread :-)
