Remove lid and place loosely on the top of the tub. Heat at 800W for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Put back in for a further 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Pour into a pan, over a medium heat bring to the boil stirring occasionally.
Carrots (42%), Water, Onions, Salted Butter (Milk), Honey (1.5%), Vegetable Stock [Salt, yeast extract, Rice flour, Vegetables [onions, celery, carrots, Sunflower Oil, Turmeric, Parsley], Salt, Fresh Coriander, Black Pepper.
Make spiced mint oil. Just take a handful of fresh mint and chop finely. Add a pinch of garam masala* spice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix together and moisten with olive oil. Drizzle over soup just before serving.
*Available in any food store worth it's salt!
