I have just eaten one of your Atlantic salmon in sorrel sauce, and felt obliged to email you to tell you it was FANTASTIC!! So healthy and flavoursome!! I Never buy ready-made meals, (normally make everything from scratch myself, My Thai curries are dynamite) but I will most definitely be buying yours, all of the time, in the future!!

Please make multiple sized packs/ family size, say for 6 or so, so I can fool my friends, into believing I have cooked salmon in Sorrell sauce myself!! Also please make a nice Thai massaman or yellow Thai curry.... mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!
