A COMFY

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

MADE WITH CHUNKY VEGETABLES, PARSLEY AND CRACKED BLACK PEPPER.

Every country has its signature stew. These meals are generally simmered slowly in a liquid using the more flavoursome cuts. 

The meat is tenderised by a long cooking time and vegetables are often added at some stage to complete the meal. These old traditional recipes never fail to warm the cockles of the heart. 

Curry’s, casseroles and tagines are out favourites!

Cooking Instructions:

MICROWAVE: Remove film carefully with scissors. Heat at 800w for 3 minutes. Stir and stand for 1 minute. Heat for a further 2.5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir & serve. Please handle with care.

NO MICROWAVE, No problem! Pour into a saucepan & heat on the hob for 5 minutes, stirring gently but don’t let it boil. Stir and serve.

Ingredients:

Water, Potatoes, Cooked Chicken Breast (15%) [Chicken Breast, Salt], Carrots (10%), Cream (Milk), Onions (6%), Mushrooms, Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Chicken Stock [Chicken Stock, Chicken Extract, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Salt], Salt, Butter (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Herbs (0.2%) (Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme), Vegetable Stock [Sugar, Concentrated Vegetable Juice (Onion, Carrot, Leek, Celery, Garlic), Salt, Corn Flour, Sunflower Oil, Nutmeg Oil], Cracked Black Pepper (0.03%).

Serving Suggestion:

Cully’s Sundried Tomato Pesto: This gives any creamy dish a great hit of flavour, or even a sandwich! You need a handful of sundried tomatoes, a big spoon of pine nuts, a glug of olive oil, salt, pepper and a good grating of parmesan cheese. Blitz in a food processor until coarsely ground. Keep sealed in the fridge covered with olive oil.
