FISH PIE

with fresh mushrooms, dill and rustic potatoes sprinkled with buttered herby breadcrumbs

Serving Suggestion:

Impress your guest: Serve with a deliciously dressed leafy salad. In a jar pop 1 tbsp of cider vinegar, 3 tbsp of good olive oil, 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard, pinch of salt & pepper and 1 finely chopped spring onion. Pop on lid, shake well and drizzle over salad. 

Ingredients:

Potato (47%), Cream (19%)(Milk), Smoked Fish (11%)(Fish), White Fish (5%)(Fish), Salmon (5%)(Fish), Fish Stock (Fish), Onions, Breadcrumb Mix (Wheat flour, Ascorbic Acid, Water, Yeast, Salt, Butter (Milk), Parsley), Mussel Stock (Molluscs), Wheat flour, Water, Butter (Milk), Mushrooms (1%), Lemon Juice, Salt, Parsley (0.25%), Dill (0.12%), Vinegar, White Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

For best results cook in oven.               

OVEN: Remove film and place foil tray in the oven. Cook at 220C for 30-35 mins until golden brown. Remove carefully as contents will be hot.

MICROWAVE: Put contents onto a microwaveable plate. Place in the microwave, heat at 800w for 12 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
