Impress your guest: Serve with buttered cabbage. Finely slice cabbage, rinse in a colander. Melt a big knob of butter in a flat pan, thrown in rinsed cabbage, add a pinch of salt & pepper. Cook at high heat, tossing a few times until cabbage starts to wilt. Serve while still crunchy.
For best results cook in oven.
OVEN: Remove film and place foil tray in the oven. Cook at 220C for 30-35 mins until golden brown. Remove carefully as contents will be hot.
MICROWAVE: Put contents onto a microwaveable plate. Place in the microwave, heat at 800w for 12 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
