• Brown ground beef with onion.
  • Drain and add enchilada sauce, water and olives.
  • In a round 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  • Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  • Remove and allow to stand 5 minutes.
  • Cut into wedges
  • (Optional: garnish with sour cream).
