CHICKEN, LEEK & VINTAGE CHEDDAR PIE
with rustic potatoes sprinkled with parsley and mature cheddar cheese
Impress your guest - serve with honey roasted carrots. Chop carrots into chunks, coat in honey, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and sesame seeds. Oven cook for 30-35 minutes.
For best results cook in oven.
OVEN: Remove film and place foil tray in the oven. Cook at 220C for 30-35 mins until golden brown. Remove carefully as contents will be hot.
MICROWAVE: Put contents onto a microwaveable plate. Place in the microwave, heat at 800w for 12 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
